        My piece is a portrait of Chester Bennington he is smiling and he has earrings with glasses. The most prominate principle in my piece is value in the face and shirt.

     I started by making a grid on my paper then I mapped out the face and the body then I added the smaller details then added value. The tools I used were shading pencils mapping pencils and the techniques and processes I used were value crosshatching and whohair.

     the inspiration of my piece was the person I drew was a singer from the group Linkin park who passed away in 2017. The emotion I tried to convey was happiness bc he has a smile on his face in my piece.

     My goal as an artist is to draw neat pieces and to show emotions threw out my art work weather its writing or drawing. I did not reach my goal because I didn't get the smile correct it looks more like a sad face.

    By creating tis piece I learned that it takes practice to do things right and without it your piece isn't very good. Over all I like this piece because the glasses and because the singer in the picture and because he has glasses.I will use what I learned in this piece for future works because it will help make my pieces better AND more realistic

 My piece shows Darth Vader's helmet it is black and has a lot of light shining off of it. It is only the left side of the helmet it is split. The title of my piece is Vader the most obvious elements are light sources dark spots ad different line variation.

   My piece is created using pen and ink I used a sharpie and different contour lines stippling, crosshatching , and a few I created out of mind. 

   what inspired my piece is that I like star wars and my favorite villain is Darth Vader and Anakin sky walker. my piece doesn't show a personal issue I didn't really try to show emotion in my piece .

  My goals as an artist are to grow in knowledge and grow in skills this piece did help me grow because I didn't think I could do it and it turned out really good. My piece helped my grow in knowledge because I didn't know that different textures could look so good together.

  I learned that you can use texture to create good art and that different textures looks better than one texture alone. My final piece isn't what I imagined it turned out much better than I thought. This piece will influence my future pieces because I will use more texture on my pieces.

 My piece is optimus prime generation 2 version. My subject matter is a red character with a blue head holding a gun and a grey head on the ground. The title of my piece is prime the elements most observed in my piece are color and line the principle's are contrast and balance.

  My piece is made from color pencils and pencil. I used prismas pencil I used techniques like  circle motion and layers.

 What inspired my piece was my childhood because I always liked to watch transformers more preferably the generation one version. My piece doesn't  show an issue it does show a personal interest. I didn't try to show any emotions in my piece.

  My goals as an artist is to make good work and show feeling in my pieces This piece did and did not help me it helped my make good work but not show feeling.

  I learned how to use these tools and techniques I also learned foreshortening. My final is what I imagined it look realistic like I wanted. This will influence my future art with showing emotions and making neat and good  work.

  My piece looks like a horizon in the mountains with a cross on a mountain my horizon has grey clouds and different shades of orange in the horizon. The subject matter or my piece is a cross on a mountain. The tittle of my piece is Gods country because the cross depicts God looking over the world that he created. Some elements and principles of my piece are value and contrast there are different shades of different colors in my piece.

  The media my piece was made from is water color and flat and round brush's. I used paint brush's small strokes back and forward to paint the paint on.

   What inspired my piece was my religion because I believe God created heaven and earth so I put that into a painting. My piece expresses a religion Christianity I tried to show the feeling of happiness with us being watched over by a loving God. 

   My goals as an artist are to express my point on the world threw art and show how I feel about issues. This piece did help me reach my goal because I showed how I feel about the world.

   I learned that painting takes patience and steadiness so I took my time. My final piece is what I wanted and what I imagined because I was looking for different shades of orange and contrast. This will influence my future piece by showing my look and my view on the world and how I support my religion.

My piece looks like a tiki with horns and a scary face his name is ku the god of war the subject matter is a face horns a skinny nose and a crown. The tittle of my piece is ku some elements and principles that are obvious are line,form and shape some principles are balance emphasis and movement.

My piece is made from clay i used wooden tools and processes like blending and cutting to finish my piece.

What inspired my piece was the movie national treasure my piece dose not show a personal or social issue.I didn't try to show any emotions in my piece.

My goals as an artist is to create art that people will look at and say wow that's deep. This piece helped me reach my goal because i added things people wont think of.

I learned that clay is tough to work with but you can learn and when you learn it is really fun. The final piece is what i imagined with the horns and the face and all. This piece will influence my future are with the patience and skill it gave me.

My piece is a drawing picture of the right side of iron mans mask with Thanos infinity gauntlet in the background and the top of captain Americas head at the bottom.  Iron man is to  the left of the paper and only the right side of his face is showing he is somewhat close. The title of my piece is infinite the elements that are most obvious are contrast, texture and color.

   The media of my piece is oil pastel i used techniques like circle motion and blending some tools i used are oil pastels a led pencil and blending stumps.

   What inspired my piece is just that i like marvel characters and i like to draw and color them in my own way and also Stan Lee passed this year so in remembrance of him. My piece dose not   show a personal or social issue. I didn't try to show an emotion but if you watch avengers infinity war the last battle of the movie my piece will then show a sad emotion. 

    My goals of an artist are to grow in my skills and get batter and better at art. This piece did help me gain my goals because I wasn't good at pastels before but I learned how to use them not 100 percent but I learned a lot more.

    I learned a lot with this piece how to blend soil pastels how to use them and how to use a blending stump on them. My final inst exactly what i imagined but it will work it is kind of sloppy and some colors are not where they should be. This piece will help me in the future by i will grow more and continue to learn.   

My piece has 3 pyramids and an alien behind one of them with 2 Egyptians behind the other there is a spaceship in the dark sky with a lot of stars.The title of my piece is aliens and Egyptians elements that are most obvious in my piece are space,line,and shape. principles that are most obvious are contrast,balance and movement.

 My piece is made from acrylic paint tools i used are paint brush's techniques i used are adding layers and letting each layer dry.

  What inspired my piece is my feeling that there is life on other planets.My piece doesn't show a issue i tried to show the feeling of wonder in my piece.

  My goal as an artist is to make art that shows emotion clearly and a feeling.This piece did help me a little bit.

 I learned that painting takes time and you have to add layers for it to look good.My final is what i wanted i wanted everything to flow like it does this piece will influence my future art  by helping me paint and teach others. 

My  piece looks like a man walking away from the devil and walking with God. The subject matter is hell and the earth and a man there is a tree in the middle of the earth side. The tittle of my piece is James 4:7 some elements that are most obvious are color, value and line. Some principles that are most obvious are balance ,  contrast and emphasis.

  My piece is made from prismas color pencils i used that tool and i used the process of blending.

  What inspired my piece was reading the book of James in the bible and James 4:7 stuck with me. My piece expresses a social issue i tried to show the emotions of happiness and strength.

   My goal as an artist is to help others threw art and inspire them that they can do it too and to show theirs still good in the world. This piece did help me reach my goal because i showed exactly what i wanted too.

  I learned that sometimes you may think that your piece is bad when really its really good. My final is exactly what i imagined and exactly what i wanted. This will influence my future work by showing ,me that we all have our own ideas and our own ways to do art.
